We carry out Compressive Strength Test services on hardened concrete cubes at competitive prices. The hardened concrete samples which can either be cube or cylindrical shaped must first have been well cured under standard controls. This can be done by our Clients and then transported to the Laboratory. Alternatively, Clients can engage our services from time of mixing of fresh concrete at little additional costs. Our Equipment’s are well calibrated up to date and are operated by qualified & well trained professionals.

We currently carry out 2 types of Non – Destructive Tests on Hardened Concrete with varying reliability, dependent on test type. These tests are the Concrete Hammer Test (Schmidt Hammer, measures surface hardness of hardened concrete), Pulse Velocity Test (measures ultrasonic pulse velocity through concrete).

A combination of both tests on a structure provides more information necessary for Engineering judgement. Our Equipments are well calibrated, up to date and are operated by qualified & well trained professionals. The services for both tests are highly affordable and can be deployed in any part of Nigeria and the world.

Steel Testing services that we provide include Tensile Strength Test and The Rebar Detector Test. For the Tensile test, we utilize our Universal Testing Machine which is capable of testing various steel diammeter ranges from 6mm to 50mm. Our Rebar detector test is usually carried out with a Rebar Profoscope. The test allows the immediate determination of the presence of Steel bars in concrete, their sizes, spacing & concrete covers provided. All equipments are well calibrated and operated by qualified & well trained professionals.

Our Material testing services center on Mechanical Tests on Aggregates such as Aggregate Crushing Value (ACV), Flakiness tests and then Chemical Tests on Cement, Water, Admixtures and other additives.
